What can I expect from Love Actually Live?
Love Actually Live transforms the Bram Goldsmith Theater into a giant, immersive theatrical cinema for the modern day with iconic scenes from the beloved holiday film and live action performances, seamlessly intertwined and displayed on screens that travel throughout the set with an all-star cast of singers and live orchestra.
Where is the experience located?
This experience will take place at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, CA.
How long does the experience last?
The show will last approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes, including a 15 minute intermission.
Is it COVID secure and safe?
To ensure the safety of the audience, staff and performers, proof of full vaccination at time of purchase and upon entry of the performance will be required. Children under 12 and those excused from being vaccinated for medical or religious reasons may show proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the show. Also, all attendees, regardless of vaccination status, will be required to wear a face mask that covers the nose and mouth.
Will food and beverage be available onsite?
Given the current COVID guidelines, we are currently not offering concessions or selling alcoholic beverages at our bars. We will continue to update this page and contact ticket purchasers if this policy changes. Once we are able to sell drinks, sealed/covered drinks are allowed in the theater during the performance. Food is not permitted inside the theater at any time.
Are there restaurants nearby for dinner before or after the show?
Yes, Beverly Hills has numerous restaurants within walking distance from The Wallis. Check out The Wallis’ restaurant partners at www.thewallis.org/restaurants. We recommend that you park (6pm or later for flat rate) and walk to your dining location and then to the theater for the most
Is there a dress code for the theater?
No, The Wallis does not have a required dress code. However, this is your special night out for the holidays, so if you want to get dressed up, we absolutely encourage it!
Tickets
Where can I get tickets?
You can purchase tickets through LoveActuallyLive.com, FeverUp.com, or the Fever app. We recommend getting your tickets ahead of time, as we expect these shows to sell out well in advance. Depending on availability, it may be possible to purchase last-minute tickets on site. Please keep in mind that tickets are limited and availability on site is not guaranteed. You can get your tickets in advance:

What is your refund/exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can
contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, tickets are contactless. You will redeem your ticket at the Wallis Center.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket and QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play and Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
ACCESS
Is this a family show? Can I bring my kids?
We recommend the show for ages 13+ as there is some adult language and a scene in the film with brief nudity. However, you are the best judge and our policy is all-ages.
Do I need to arrive at the start of the show?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This is to ensure you have enough time to check in before entering the experience.
What happens if I arrive late?
We will seat late guests at specific moments in the show. You may have to hold off in the lobby until the host staff can seat you at an appropriate time.
Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking is not permitted.
Is there parking nearby?
Paid parking is available onsite at The Wallis’ underground garage at 450 N. Crescent Drive and South Santa Monica Boulevard. Payment is upon entrance.
